Pengalaman Temu Duga Pegawai Latihan Gred E41

Assalamualaikum. ..

Hihi. Lama suda tak jenguk2 blog ni. Bukan apa kesibukan memaksa daku untuk berkitkat sebentar daripada alam maya dan fokus kepada alam realiti. Ececeh..haha..

Ok straight forward prg tajuk la kan. Aq mmg nak crita pengalaman aq masa interview aritu.  Actually da lama tahu cam sebulan camtu tapi busy memanjang ngan orang kawin segala so tu yang lambat study untuk interview ni.

Ok for general la kan. Pegawai Latihan  Gred E41 ni adalah sama tugasnya seperti lecturer dimana kalau saya berjaya dipilih saya akan menjadi salah seorang tenaga pengajar di IKBN. So ikbn ni under kementerian belia dan sukan, 1st dapat tu trkejut juga bila tengok kementerian belia dan sukan takkanla aq nak jadi coach..ye dok. So bila godek2 information barula tahu yang dia under IKBN.

SO ni tips la yang aq mau bagitau, banyakkan belajar pasal benda yang korang belajar;example kalau ambil hotel management so kenala study pasal hotel management spt food and beverage managemet, kitchen etc etc. Sebab apa?? Sebab interviewer akan tnya more to kta pnya teknikal. Dok payah nak hafal2 nama menteri2 ka, nama2 agong ka sebab dorang memang tak akan tanya.

Ok ni pengalam saya waktu kena interview.  Ada dua org yang interview seorang tu dari ikbn and yang seorang pegawai spa. Dia pangkat datuk,  nma dia Datuk Mustapha Marican.  Seriously datuk tu memang baik! Dia banyak share and seorang yang humble. Kalau dia bercakap kan memang rasa kita cam comfortable jak.hehe.

Ok ni soalan2 yang dorg tanya masa kena iv.

Masuk dalam bilik dengan perasaan yang sangat gugup tapi senyum sambil mengucapkan "Assalamualaikum" dengan penuh semangat.hehe. 1st impression tau dak.

Pas hantar fail and resume kat mereka saya duduk.

Datuk: Jadi Azimah, sebelum ni kerja sebagai apa?
Saya: kerja sbg bla bla bla...dengan muka konfiden.*datuk tu senyum*
Datuk: kenapa pilih pekerjaan ni*datuk tu merujuk kpd pekerjaan aq skrg* tapi degree lain?
Saya: saya x mahu menganggur.. drpd saya tak kerja baik ambil kerja ni..bla n bla bla.. banyak la aq membebel.. sambil senyum2..
Datuk; bagus. Kmu pilih utk x menganggur.
*datuk x banyak tanya, instead dia byk brcerita n sharing,*
Pastu giliran pegawai ikbn tu pula menyoal.
Pegawai: ok azimah, sy tgk kmu ambil hotel... dlu saya ni pun ambil hotel management kat uitm s.alam jua.*mati jumpa senior pula..haha*
So can u differentiate the table setting for table d'hote and ala carte'..
Aku:*alamak dia tnya soalan yg camni pula,aq mmg x expect dia akan tnya soalan yang berkaitan teknikal* aq jawab jer dengan konfiden mengikut apa yang aq telah belajar n ingatla.hahah. yang penting senyum dan konfiden.
Pegawai: ok, how about french service and russia service?  What is the different between this 2 service?
Aku: bla bla bla
*dia mmg akan byk tanya pasal apa degree yg kta amek dlu*

Ok stakat yg aq ingat camtula temuduga yg berjalan. Secara general la sbb aq pun da x ingat sangat.hihi.
Oh and dia akan ada tnya soalan ni
"Sebagai salah seorg tenaga pengajar di ikbn apa yang kmu akan lakukan untuk menarik pelajar2 masuk d ikbn." Hehe

And dia ada tnya a few about isu2 dalam bidang hotel.  Misalnya aq seorang yang betudung kan apa yg aq akan buat if hotel tu x allow me utk pakai tudung ketika waktu kerja.

Tu jer. Yang penting korang konfiden and senyum sepanjang masa.
Aq suka sesi sharing ngan datuk. Sbb dia banyak bagi aq info yang berguna. Siapa yang dapat ngan Datuk Mustapaha marican mmg untung. Aq rasa interview tu jalan dalam 20-30 minit camtu la

Oleh kerana masuk tahun 2014 ni umur aku da meningkat naik ke 24 tahun and my sister masuk 25 tahun semua kakak2 aku da bising nak suruh kitaorg kahwin. Eesh rimas ok. Kalau macam aku ni tak kisah sangat la sebab masi muda kan. My sis la yang terasa sangat. Miahaha...n dia lagi pity... sebab bakal suami yang diinginkan my sis tu telah ditentang habis habisan oleh my family. Sebab apa? Sebab lelaki tu xda pelajaran, xda duit, xda kerja anf xda harta. Umur lelaki tu sekarang 30 tahun tapi blm bekerja. So sebab tu la family aku menentang hubungan mereka. My sis ada degree. And my family takut lelaki tu ambik harta my sis. At least ni apa yang dorang pikir la.

Imo, my sis tu memang deserve utk dapat lelaki yang lebih baik dari lelaki tu la. Sebab apa? My sis cantik, berpelajaran, ada harta sendiri, kuat agama etc etc. Dia bole dapat mana-mana lelaki yang dia mahu sekejap saja
My sis tu pun ramai peminat. Huhu. So I really hope my sis dapat buat pertimbangan yang sewajarnya b4 dia buat sesuatu keputusan. Tapi jodoh kan aturan Allah swt so kita pun tak tahu apa yang akan terjadi. So siapa2 yabg sedang mencari jodoh atau pasangan sila la contact aku ya..hAHAH. just joking. Nanti my sis marah pula bila baca post aku ni. Tapi seriously memang kesian kan?

Kalau aku pulak. Semua kakak2 aku suda push cari calon cpat2 even nak tolong carikan. Ops. Aku tunggu umur 27-29 baru aku kahwin. So skrg nak cari duit dulu.

so aku suda berhenti kerja.
Sebab berhenti? Sebab aku tahu kerja tu memang bukan untuk aku.
Banyak faktor lain yang menyumbang jugala,
Sampai sekarang aku memang mahu membuka bisnes sebab itula juga ku berhenti kerja.
Orang cakap lebih baik berhenti daripada buat kerja yang kita tidak minat.

Sekarang sedang mencari pekerjaan kembali.. sedang aktif sebagai pencari kerja. KALAU orang tanya sekarang buat apa? Kerja ka? Aku tergagap-gagap untuk jawab. Lebih2 lagi orang kampung aku.

Sebenarnya minat aku kepada hospitality industry.
Saya sedang mencari pekerjaan sebagai tour guide.

Saya tahu untuk buka bisnes saya perlukan modal untuk dapat modal saya perlu bekerja dulu.

Ps: dilemma yang dihadapi....

Kurang ketinggian

Hari ni saya telah pergi ke pemeriksaan fizikal untuk pembantu pegawai penguatkuasa n17... *^▁^* Namun dukacitanya saya telah gagal pada tapisan pertama lagi..sebab tidak.cukup ketinggian.. ╮(╯3╰)╭ apa bole buat? Itukan fakta heuheu...
Xpala. Xda rezeki kan..haha..
so sekarang ni aq fokus yg tak perlukan ketinggian. Just perlu kurangkan berat jak.hehe.^_^||

Lama bebenor..

Assalamualaikum!!

Rasanya seperti suda lama tidaak menginjakkan kaki di laman belog ini..huahua..sampaikan da bersawang-sawang ni.haha.

So i ada order kereta saga flx before raya tu..kononnya la kan nak pakai beraya..  ^_^¦¦¦..haha.. tapi sampai sekarang tak sampai-sampai lagi stok tu.. aq ni bukan nya kepingin sangat nak berkereta tu cepat-cepat.. tapi, pehal lama sangat proton tu nak hantar stock kat sabah? Pelik bebenor ye dok?
Masuk bulan ni da almosst 1 month la juga tak sampai2 lagi..hermmm... aritu dok tanya2... org proton tu pula cakap yg sekarang ni cuma ada saga flx executive, just letak deposit rm3500.. haha.. memang la aku nda dapat ampai ba kan deposit tu.. yang sekarang tu aku apply pun guna graduan punya skim utk mengelakkan bayar deposit..heuheu..so sekarang ni ada kepelikan n misteri stok x masuk semakin menjadi2 pulak. Haha....

Hermm..apa-apa pun kono la jugak bersabar ye dok? Kalau tanya berkali-kali segan pulak..haha..

P/s: jeles tengok kawan2 seumur rmai da tunang/kawin..haha...family pun da sibuk tanya pasai teman lelaki.. ehem ehem..aku masi baby gurl so belum bole ada boipren lagi...muahahaha...itu jawapan selamat. Ok adios. Assalamualaikum

Tadi g bank.. sbb nak minta bank statement. Ada urusan nak dibuat.hehe.. ahkak tu baikk... aq nak mntak 3 bulan jer, dia bagi trus 6 bulan punya.hehe.

Btw..tadi g cimb trus la tanya pasal yg asb financing loan tu kan. Sbb mmg da lama dengar pasal bnda ni..just xda masa nak g tgk n dengar sndri. So td baru berkesempatan.

Nanti ada banyak masa lagi aq explain lagi pasal benda ni key. Btw bnda ni sangat bagus lagi2 untuk kita yg muda2 ni..hehe...

Review Flower moistfull Cream By Etude House and Aquaporin Active Moisturising Cream in Rich by Eucerin

So today..
 I want to do the product review for this 2 item
that help me to fight my skin dryness..-.-"
At 1st I only want to do the review for the flower moistfull cream only but since im using both of them at the same time so it would be much better if i can compare both of them..So it would be easier for your guys to know the product more.

**If you want to skip all the ranting you can go straight to see my conclusion to both of this product.**
Okay.
First I want to compare the price.
The Flower Moistfull Cream is Rm109.90 for 50ml, meanwhile
The Aquaporin Active Moisturising Cream in Rich is RM69.90 for 40ml.

Flower moistfull is rm2.20 per ml meanwhile the Aquaporin Activ Moisturizing is Rm1.75. so for the price The Aquaporin Active moisturising is winning because its more cheaper..
hehe..I always use this way to see the value. BUt off course price is always insensible when we saying about the effectiveness of the product. REMEMBER.Perception is always playing the main role when we buying something like this, so spend wisely.(ok this is unnecessary..LOL).


Second, The Packaging.

Flower Moistfull Cream

Aquaporin Active Moisturing is come in handy because its in tube, meanwhile the flower moistfull cream is in glass jar.

Actually im buying my flower moistfull cream first before the aquaporin, but I need a moisturizer that i can bring anywhere i go..yet powerful to me so that why im browsing for another moisturizer even when I have one. The Flower moistfull is so heavy to bring along when im travel or at work. Its some-more difficult  for me to applied it when im outside.. But with the Aquaporin Active its so easy and fast. I just squeeze from the tube and applied onto my face. :D Easy peasy..hehe

But aside that, the Flower moistfull packaging is so cute and pink and girly.. as expected from Etude House, "wanna be sweet? play Etude"..hehe.Because im a pink lover, i can forgive the flaw of being not practical in packaging.(major problem only when im bring this moisturizer at my work place.:D )

Here.im choosing  the Aquaporin as the winner once again.:)

Third, The Texture.

No.1 is the texture for Aquaporin Active Moisturising Cream, and No.2 is the texture for Flower Moistfull Cream. 

As you can see,

the texture for Aquaporing is more like creamy, and a little bit heavy(Its "Rich" off course.) The texture like a lotion. Its doesnt have any scent. The cream absorb really fast*cough*hada*labo*cream*cough* and i love it, because im always on the go person, dont want to waste my time to pat...pat...pat...pat...and pat my mousturizer until it fully absorb.

Meanwhile, for the Flower Moistfull Cream,  the texture is like gel, and more water base. Well its a bit watery, and if you apllied it on your face you would feel like  putting some water. Its have some scent  but a nice one. I love the scent, its not a strong scent that would make you feel dizzy..:D

Both of them is for the dry skin, but their texture are really different. One is more watery and one is like a body lotion feel. 

I have a very dry skin with some acne and pimple.(.*when i was a teenager my skn was oily and now its changing to very dry..T.T, maybe because im always using the product to drying my oil..Im not really take care of my skin before this)

So I guess that my skin is combination but more to the dry skin type, and sensitive because my skin would feel very tight after i wash my face but at the end of the day my skin is so full of oil..urgh..Maybe because before this im using wrong type of skincare. Oh okay.continue to the conclusion. 

For me this time, for the texture its a tie. I cant really decide which one is the texture I like more. 

Both of the product is amazing here. Sometimes i love the heavy texture on my face, but sometimes i hate it. Sometimes  i love the watery texture, but sometimes I feel its not enough to cover my dryness.

I will let you know under the conclusion part.

Ok, the we go to the last part. The Effectiveness

Which one is more effective?

The Aquaporin Active Moisturing  By Eucerin or 

The Flower Moistfull Cream By Etude House 

For me both of them have their own superpower.

They are effective under certain environment and situation.

The Aquaporin Active Moisturing is really effective during the winter day, since im living at Malaysia*where it summer all the year* its really great when you use it under air conditioner. Because my workplace is 24h  in air conditioner, this moisturizer really did a amazing job! Usually my face will became oily after a while in the ac, but with this my face feel fresh and i can feel it is hydrated. But one thing im sure of, this cream really help me to reduce my dryness. Before this my face would have flaky  skin and when im applying the bb cream i can see the dry patches. BUT, NOW, i can easily applying and i can feel my skin become more supple.Definitely a product that worth to buy! Not sure if i use it under the sun, because im still not trying it under the sun. Maybe later on if i have the chance i will try. 

Meanwhile The flower Moistfull doing a great job in maintaining my makeup when i was under the sun.

Good Job. Maintaining my skin hydration, and didnt make my face oily at the end of the day. (im using this when im out to go to safari, and my makeup is still there despite the sweat and the humid..)

So i guess this cream really suitable for a dry skin type to use in summer day. 

Its to maintaning my makeup during the day.
